Yes. We send a preview for customized orders and accept minor edits
(cropping, background removal, text tweaks) before production.
What photo quality works best?
Clear, high-resolution originals (not screenshots). Front-facing subjects are ideal.
We can remove backgrounds and add short text (name, date, or message).
How long does production and shipping take?
Production time is based on after proof approval.
Shipping within the U.S. usually takes 2–3 weeks, depending on location and carrier speed.

Each crystal comes ready to display with your choice of a
Wooden Base with electric connection and built-in LED strip for even light diffusion and soft illumination,
or a Crystal LED Base. Every piece is securely packaged in a premium gift box.
Can I personalize text or add a logo?
Absolutely. You can include short text (name, date, or message) or upload a company logo —
all engraved inside the crystal for a seamless 3D effect.
