How long does delivery take?
⏱ Custom-made crystals usually take 3–4 weeks for design, engraving, and delivery.
📦 Ready-made crystals are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks after order confirmation.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping may be available depending on your region. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and rates.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders include a tracking link sent to your email once the package is dispatched.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
