- Provided by you: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, order details; photos and text you upload for engraving; messages sent to support.
- Automatically: IP address, device/browser data, pages viewed, and cookie IDs for functionality and (if enabled) analytics/marketing.
- From partners: payment confirmations, fraud signals, tracking numbers, delivery status (from payment/shipping providers).
2) Use of Information
- Process and fulfill orders; produce your custom crystal.
- Communicate about orders, delivery, and support.
- Operate, secure, and improve our site and services.

3) Your Photos & Uploaded Content
We access your uploads solely to create and deliver your order. Production files are retained as needed to support reorders/replacements and quality assurance, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires otherwise or you request earlier deletion.
4) Sharing
We share personal information with service providers (payments, shipping, production, hosting, email, analytics/ads if enabled), or when required by law. We do not sell personal information for money.

Terms & Conditions
By using photoncarve.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1) Orders & Customization
Products are laser-engraved inside optical crystal based on your provided photo/content. Minor variations in brightness, contrast, and 3D depth are normal. Ready-made designs may include personalization. If a proof is provided, post-approval changes may not be possible.
2) Non-Returnable Custom Items
Because items are made to order and personalized, they are final sale except for manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
3) Pricing, Taxes & Payment
- All prices are in United States Dollars (USD $).
- Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partners.
4) Production & Timelines
Production begins after payment and any required approvals. Typical fulfillment (production + preparation to ship) is about 2–4 weeks.
5) Shipping & Service Area
We currently ship within the United States only. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the address you provide.
6) Content You Upload; Permissions & IP
You represent that you own or have valid permission to use uploaded content (including likeness rights). You grant Photon Carve Inc a limited license to use your content solely to produce/deliver your order (and, only if you explicitly opt in, to display it in marketing). You retain your content; we retain our designs, templates, product images, and site content.
7) Acceptable Use
No illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or privacy/IP-violating content.
8) Engraving Disclaimer
Crystal engravings appear as luminous white within the crystal; perceived depth/brightness depends on the source photo and lighting; such variations are not defects.
9) Returns, Replacements & Claims
Report defects or shipping damage within 1 week of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved claims may be repaired/remade or refunded at our discretion.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the order.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us from claims arising out of content you provide or misuse of the site/services.
12) Governing Law & Venue
Governing law: State of New York, USA. Venue and jurisdiction: courts of New York, New York.

Refund & Return Policy
Personalized, made-to-order items have special rules.
1) Custom & Ready-Made (Personalized) Items
- Final sale: No returns/refunds for change-of-mind, spelling errors from customer input, or low-resolution/unsuitable photos.
- If your item arrives defective or damaged in transit, email us within 1 week of delivery with photos and your order number.
2) Cancellations & Changes
Requests are allowed within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations aren’t possible.
3) Incorrect Addresses / Delivery Issues
Additional fees may apply for reshipment if the address provided is incorrect or undeliverable.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
United States only · Typical fulfillment ~ 2–4 weeks
1) Service Area
Photon Carve Inc currently ships within the United States only.
2) Processing & Fulfillment
Typical fulfillment (production + preparation to ship) is about 2–4 weeks from confirmed payment and any required approvals. Tracking is emailed when shipped.
3) Methods & Transit
- Carriers: UPS/USPS/FedEx/other.
- Transit times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary by location, season, or carrier operations.
4) Lost/Damaged Packages
- Damaged: photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and product, then email info@photoncarve.com within 1 week of delivery.
- Lost/No movement: if tracking is stalled well beyond the 2–4 week fulfillment expectation, contact us to investigate with the carrier.
5) Delivery Address & Ownership
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Title and risk of loss transfer upon delivery scan or as defined by the carrier.
